The Violin Book is purposely free from lengthy instructions or explanations in order to keep it interesting to the student. Virtually all of the instruction must come from the teacher because of the very early age at which most of the students will be using this book. The Teacher's Guide gives the teacher a solid footing with which to lead the student to rapid progress in musicianship and the technical aspects of the violin.
